Tendering and Contracting
including critical suppliers and contractors identification, Request for proposal (RfP) documentation, Tender response evaluation and supplier/contractor recommendation, contract negotiation support and contract reviews.
Post construction services
including development of Operation and Maintenance manuals, commissioning reports and As Built drawings.
